The high-temperature HDT testing device is a load deflection temperature testing machine that supports tests exceeding 300°C.
By controlling the arrangement of the test specimens and the airflow within the chamber, we significantly improve the temperature distribution.
This is a testing machine for evaluating the heat resistance of plastic materials (load deflection temperature / DTUL, Vicat softening temperature, ball pressure).
■It is safe because there are no cooling pipes installed inside the oil tank. (※Water-cooled heat exchanger method) ■By adopting the heat exchanger method, the cooling speed is fast, allowing for a reduction in test cycles. ■With the optional use of a chiller, rapid cooling is possible even in summer when the temperature of tap water is high.
It is a fully automated load deflection temperature testing machine.
It incorporates sample insertion and removal devices into the conventional standard type, enabling fully automated operation. The load lifting device adopts a two-step separation load method. Three-point and six-point suspensions are selectable.
